9 minute walk from JR Yamanote Line [Shin-Okubo Station] It’s within walking distance from the station and I got there pretty quickly!
感想
外観はかなりレトロで、初めての人は入るのに少し勇気がいるかもしれないけど、中に入ってみると、わりと清潔でなかなか良かったよ☆
まず、アカスリを体験したんだけどやっぱりアカスリは過酷だね、、草
本場韓国でもアカスリしたことがあるんだけど、何回やっても慣れない笑
終わったら大量の垢がでてひえーーーーーってなるよw
でも、お肌もツルツルになったよ！
The appearance is quite retro, and it may take a little courage for first-timers to enter, but once you go inside, it’s relatively clean and quite nice☆ First of all, I experienced red pickpockets, but after all, red pickpockets are harsh, grass I’ve done red skin in Korea, but no matter how many times I do it, I can’t get used to it lol When it’s over, there will be a lot of dirt and it will be like w But my skin has become so smooth!

４種類あったよ！
よもぎスチームサウナは香りもよくて気持ちよかったんだけど、イカが最も好きだったのはロウリュサウナだよ☆
９０度くらいなので、かなり大満足に体が温まったよ。
そのあと水風呂で、まず桶であたまから水をかぶって肩まで一気に入る。
この水風呂が最高すぎる、、、、
体全体、指先まで細い針でさされている感じで本当に気持ち良いんだ！
あと、イカは喘息もちでサウナに入ると少し喘息もよくなった気がしたんだ。
そのあと少し休憩して、、、完全にととのいました、、♡
There were 4 types! The mugwort steam sauna had a nice aroma and felt good, but the squid liked it the most in the roryu sauna☆ It was about 90 degrees, so my body warmed up quite satisfactorily. After that, take a cold bath. First, cover yourself with water from your head in a bucket and soak in it all the way up to your shoulders. This water bath is too great,,,, It feels so good to feel like my whole body and my fingertips are being pierced with thin needles! Also, squid has asthma, so when I entered the sauna, my asthma felt a little better. After that, I took a break for a while, and I was completely satisfied ♡

ワッフル食べてみたかったけど、お腹がいっぱいで、焦がしカフェラテのみました〜！

イニスフリーパウダー
イニスフリーのパウダーはとても気になっていたので今回初めて購入してみました。
が使用してみてびっくり。。。とってもナチュラルな仕上がりで気軽に使えるけど、お肌を綺麗にみせてくれます。
イカはあまりファンデとか塗らないので、UV塗ってこのイニスフリーのパウダーを肌にのせて終わり！ナチュラルな仕上がりが好きな方にはおすすめです！
