冬休み旅行で行った軽井沢スキー旅行について紹介するね♡

I’ll introduce you to the Karuizawa ski trip that I went on during my winter vacation♡

今回宿泊したのは、軽井沢プリンスホテルウエストだよ！

This time we stayed at Karuizawa Prince Hotel West!

駅からのアクセス良し、スキー場へのアクセス良し、温泉サウナ良し、食事も美味しくて最高のホテルだよ☆

軽井沢プリンスホテルウエスト・アクセス/Karuizawa Prince Hotel West access

軽井沢駅を下車したら、軽井沢・プリンスショッピングプラザ（アウトレット）側に出て、ショッピングプラザ内にあるコムサカフェ、セブンイレブン付近にB-1のバス停があります。このバス停からプリンスホテルウエスト行きの無料シャトルバスが出ています！駅からプリンスホテルまで本当に近いのでバスで５分くらいで到着したよ！

After getting off at Karuizawa Station, go out to the Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza (outlet) side, and there is a B-1 bus stop near Comsa Cafe and 7-Eleven in the shopping plaza. There is a free shuttle bus to Prince Hotel West from this bus stop! The station is really close to the Prince Hotel, so I arrived in about 5 minutes by bus!

ゲレンデ（スキー場）へはプリンスホテルウエストの館内から直通で行けるよ！

You can go directly to the slopes (ski resort) from within the Prince Hotel West!

スキーウエア・ボードなどのレンタル/Rental of ski wear and boards

ウエア（上下のみ）料金

• 子供料金は小学生までとなります。
• レンタルウエアにはグローブ・ゴーグル・帽子などはレンタルがございません。日帰りスキーセンター内・ゲレスポ・軽井沢プリンスホテル イースト売店にて販売をいたしております。
• ヘルメット ￥700（おとな・こども）

Child fares are for children up to elementary school age. We do not rent gloves, goggles, hats, etc. as rental wear. It is sold at the day trip ski center, GELESPO, and the Karuizawa Prince Hotel East Shop. Helmet ¥ 700 (adult / child)

今回ウエアも板も全てレンタルしたんだけど、行き帰りがもの凄く楽だったよ！特にこどもはすぐに成長してサイズアウトしてしまうので、年に１回程度しか滑らないのなら、レンタルするのがベストだと感じたよ！

I rented both the wear and the board this time, and it was really easy to get to and from! Especially children grow up quickly and out of size, so if you only ski once a year, I felt that renting is the best!

リフト券の購入とスクールの申し込み/Purchasing a lift ticket and applying for a school

スクール料金

ウエア、スキーセット、リフト券の購入とスクールの申し込みをしたら、一旦部屋に帰ってウエアに着替えたよ！その後スキー靴に履き替えて、申し込み用紙をもって板をレンタルできる建物に移動したよ☆

After purchasing the wear, ski set, lift ticket, and applying for the school, I went back to my room and changed into my wear! After that, I changed into ski boots and moved to the building where I could rent a board with the application form☆

リフト料金

シーズン 2022年12月24日(土)～2023年3月5日(日)　営業時間 8:00A.M.～5:00P.M

• ※小学生までのリフト券は無料となります。（未就学児のみのリフト乗車は出来ません。必ず保護者同伴でご乗車ください。）
• ※シニア料金は55才以上となります。
• ※リフト券購入時別途保証料として500円お預かりいたします。リフト券返却時に500円は返金となります。
• ※1　利用時間：最初のゲート通過から4時間

*Rates include tax *Lift tickets up to elementary school age are free. (Preschool children cannot ride the lift alone. リフトの料金はシーズンによって変動するみたいだね！

The price of the lift seems to fluctuate depending on the season!

スキースクールの様子/Ski school

今回ちびっこレッスンの午前中２時間（10;00-12:00）に参加したよ！このレッスンはゲレンデの下の方で基本的なスキー板の履きかた、スキーの滑りかたと止まりかた（板をハの字（三角）で滑る）を教えてくれたよ。スクールにこどもを預けている２時間、親は自由に過ごして良いので、イカは３回ほどリフトに乗って、上から滑ったよ！

This time, I participated in a 2-hour morning (10:00-12:00) Chibikko lesson! This lesson taught me the basics of how to put skis down the slope, how to ski and how to stop (slide on the board in a triangular shape). Parents are free to spend the two hours they leave their child at the school, so the squid got on the lift about three times and slid from above!

ピンクの三つ編み少女は初めてスキーをしたので、午前のスクールでかなり疲れた様子だったよ。その後しっかりとご飯を食べて午後の滑りに備えたよ！

The girl with pink braids was skiing for the first time, so she looked pretty tired from the morning school. After that, I had a good meal and prepared for the afternoon skiing!

午後はいよいよピンクの三つ編み少女もリフトに乗って山に登ったよ！！

さすがにまだ一人で滑れなかったので、まずはスキーの楽しさを味わってもらうために、イカがサポートしながら一緒に何回か滑ったよ！

In the afternoon, the girl with pink braids finally got on the lift and climbed the mountain! ! As expected, I couldn’t ski by myself yet, so I skated with the squid a few times so that they could enjoy the fun of skiing!

山の上までコーチがついて来てくれて、５人くらいのグループで八の字で滑っている子供たちがいたよ！次回は山の上から滑りを教えてくれるスクールを試してみたいなと思ったよ☆

There was a group of about 5 kids skating in a figure eight with a coach following me up the mountain! Next time I would like to try a school that teaches skiing from the top of the mountain ☆

軽井沢プリンスホテルウエスト・温泉とサウナ☆Hot spring & Sauna

軽井沢プリンスホテルウエストの露天風呂が本当に最高だったよ！景色が綺麗でとっても開放的で、雪を眺めながら冷たい空気に触れながら熱いお風呂に入るのは、まさにこの世の天国だったよ！スキーをして良い感じの疲労感を感じている体を優しく癒してくれたよ♡

Karuizawa Prince Hotel West’s open-air bath was really the best! The scenery was beautiful and it was very open, and it was heaven on earth to take a hot bath while looking at the snow and feeling the cold air! It gently soothed my tired body from skiing♡

そして、なんとなんと、、イカの大好きなフィンランド式ロウリュサウナがあったんだ♡ホテルについているサウナって本当に有難いし、大好き♡外を眺めれる大きな窓があって、ほどよく広くテレビもなくて本当に最高の空間だったよ・・サウナは結構空いていたので、セルフロウリュを自分のペースで何度も出来て本当に最高だった・・♡新年早々、こんなにも素晴らしい時間を過ごせた事、とっても感謝します。

And there was a Finnish-style steam sauna that squid loves ♡ I really appreciate the sauna attached to the hotel, I love it ♡ There is a big window that looks out, it is moderately wide and there is no TV, so it is really great The sauna was quite empty, so it was really great to be able to do self-roasting at my own pace over and over again.

軽井沢プリンスホテルウエスト・食事☆

夕食のビュッフェがとっても美味しかったです♡和洋中から選べる上に、食後のデザートも充実していてほぼ全て食べました♡目の前でクリームを絞ってくれるモンブランが最高だったよ・・♡

The dinner buffet was very delicious ♡ In addition to being able to choose from Japanese, Western, and Chinese, there was also a wide variety of desserts after the meal, so I ate almost everything ♡ The Mont Blanc that squeezed the cream in front of me was the best ♡

まとめ☆

軽井沢プリンスホテルウエストは本当に最高でした！！山も初心者向けなので、初めてのこどもにもぴったりだし、ホテルがゲレンデと直結しているので、すぐにお部屋に戻れてかなり楽だったよ♡滑った後に、美味しいご飯食べて、暖かい温泉とサウナに入れて幸せの極みだったよ☆

Karuizawa Prince Hotel West was really the best! ! The mountains are also suitable for beginners, so it’s perfect for first-time children, and the hotel is directly connected to the slopes, so it was pretty easy to get back to the room immediately ♡ After skating, we ate delicious food and entered the warm hot springs and saunas. I was extremely happy☆
